Liz Cingari is co-owner of Montage. As an integral business partner, Liz has worked closely with Chris Bates to expand Montage's position as the leading contemporary, classic home furnishings showroom in New England.

Liz joined Montage in 1982 as Business Manager. Her innate sense of design and business approach proved a winning formula in recognizing and realizing Montage's growth potential. Liz was instrumental in helping Montage's European vendors understand the nuances of, and different approach to, conducting business in the U.S. with the goal of increasing their market share of the U.S. market. In effect, Liz' determination placed Montage at the forefront of redefining the European/US, vendor/showroom relationship.

In 1983, with the move to the Boston Design Center, Montage established itself as the pre-eminent destination for architects and interior designers interested in contemporary, classic design. Liz' focus on maintaining the highest standards in product selection and customer service quickly became hallmarks of doing business at Montage.

In November 2002, after a five-year search and planning process, Liz's vision of a retail showroom became a reality. Boston Magazine and The Improper Bostonian have since recognized the 10,500 square foot furniture gallery in Boston's Back Bay as being the destination for the "Best Contemporary Furniture".

Liz was born in St. Louis in May 1957 and is a graduate of Bryant Business College in Rhode Island.
